Process
First interview
We will always begin with a free 20-minute initial consultation, where we can get to know each other. I will explain how I work, and you will tell me what has led you to contact me. At the end, we can decide together whether I can support you in your process
Frequency and duration of sessions
Sessions last one hour and are usually held weekly or biweekly, allowing the process to have continuity and helping you notice steady improvements within a relatively short period of time.
The session is yours
You decide what we talk about in each session. I will support you according to your needs, respecting your pace and priorities.
At-home work
After each session, I will suggest exercises for you to do between sessions. This will help you integrate what we worked on into your daily life and make the process more effective.
First sessions
During the first two sessions, we will create a personal map of you, with the goal of designing a customized work plan together.
About me
In any therapeutic process, a bond is formed between the person and the professional, which is why it’s important for you to know who I am. Over the years, I have undertaken deep personal work that allows me to support you consciously and closely in your own process.
Process duration
Every person and every process is different. The duration depends on multiple factors, including the frequency of sessions. Generally, a process can last 3, 6, or 12 months.
Results
Personal work takes time, so results are consolidated over several months. Still, by working together, you will notice small improvements after just a few sessions.
