Through my working methodology, I aim to support each person in a process of introspection that allows them to recognize their emotions and learn how to manage them, understand how they relate to themselves and others, and develop tools to face different life situations with greater clarity and confidence.
This support integrates emotional, physical, and relational work, tailored to each person’s needs and individual process. All of this is offered through attentive listening and a close, personalized approach, with the goal of fostering well-being and personal development.
I work especially with processes related to stress management, anxiety, depressive states, grief, or life transitions, such as moving to another country.
