Athletic Coaching

I offer a program for athletes designed to enhance performance and well-being by developing self-awareness and emotional management.

This approach integrates mind, body, and emotions, helping athletes face pressure, overcome obstacles, and strengthen confidence, promoting continuous personal and athletic growth.

Athletes are often perceived as invulnerable, strong, disciplined and detached from their emotions. However, behind performance lies a human being who feels, experiences emotions, and connects with others. They are not just someone who completes training sessions or competes; they also need to recognize their emotions and actions in order to stay aligned with themselves and enhance their performance.

For this reason, I offer individual and group guidance designed to help athletes develop greater self-awareness, improve their performance, and strengthen their well-being, both within and outside the sporting arena. The goal is for each person to learn how to identify and manage their emotions, understand their relationships with themselves and others, and acquire tools to face high-pressure situations, manage stress, and optimize performance sustainably.

My methodology combines emotional and relational therapeutic techniques with body exercises and dynamics inspired by the performing arts, adapted to the sports context. This approach enhances presence, expression, and connection with oneself and others. Experiential and personalized, it allows integration of mind, body, and emotions, promoting both personal growth and performance improvement.

Through this guidance, athletes gain clarity, confidence, and practical resources to face challenges, overcome blocks, and develop their full potential, both individually and collectively.
