Artist Coaching

I offer a unique form of support for artists, both individuals and collectives, who are interested in engaging in an introspective process to become more aware of their emotions and how they relate, both to themselves and to others.

Through this process, you will develop tools to manage your emotions, improve your relationships, and enhance your personal and artistic growth, gaining clarity, confidence, and practical resources to move forward in both your life and your art.

As emotional and social beings, it is essential to be aware of our emotions in order to manage them and understand how we relate to ourselves and to others.

As artists, this becomes even more important, since we work directly with our emotions. When composing a musical piece, interpreting a score, singing a song, dancing a choreography, or performing a text, we expose ourselves to the world and connect deeply with our feelings. At the same time, we build relationships with the people we work with and with those who listen to or observe us.

Artists are not only artists—we are also human beings who feel, experience emotions, and relate to others. We embody multiple roles and layers that shape our life experience. Often, during training or within our professional environments, this personal dimension is overlooked, and internal conflicts may arise that hinder progress in personal, professional, and artistic projects.

Becoming aware of our emotions, how we communicate, and how we relate in different situations in our lives are key aspects that, when applied to artistic work, not only enrich the practice but also open up new creative spaces capable of going beyond the boundaries of the everyday.
